Build Private and hybrid cloud setup in 5 minute

   In all my previous experience in private cloud deployment, i have seen that the adoption of private cloud is going down because of complexity and manageability of  Cloud management servers and resource requirement.

  I have worked on multiple private cloud technology like VMware vCloud, Openstack, Cloudstack, OpenNebula and Microsoft cloud stack. All of these offerings have multiple advantages but many of them lacks of simplicity of application.

OpenNebula has came up with the simplified version of opensource private cloud vOneCloud

In my opinion it is the most powerful cloud tool because of following capabilities.

  -> Simplified deployment as VMware virtual appliance
  -> Support for multiple hypervisor (eg. Xen, KVM, VMware etc.)
        NOTE: Citrix Xenserver is not supported

   -> Hybrid cloud (support for AWS, Azure and Softlayer)
   -> Ability to import existing hypervisor virtual machines to cloud portal
   -> User quota management

   -> Out of the box showback feature.
   -> Support for advanced networking (eg. VXLAN)
   -> Last but not least "its FREE"

 Since the deployment is simple i am not mentioning the installation steps in this post.You can find vOneCloud OVA from here. you can find the deployment documentation from here
